Just wished that all supervisors were like that. There are some new supervisor that are amazing people, they treat everyone with respect and are nice to everyone. Been working here a year and they say seniority this, seniority that, but when you ask for them to give you certain times they won’t give it to you unless you’re their “favorite” then they’ll make it work. Which sucks because you look stupid then the guest will always ask to speak to manager/supervisor to get more free play. One thing is that when you tell a guest and the guest isn’t happy with what you could offer them(free play) majority ask to speak with a supervisor/manager, you will expect them to have your back but no, instead they apologize and they give them more than what you offered them. Management is okay, there is way to much favoritism.
You’ll have lots of rude customers, and I mean a lot. Overall this job isn’t hard, you got to have thick skin.
